A Geometry of Sky is a large, bent metal screen conceived as a mediating threshold between the elements of the sky and the interior conditions of the community art centre where it is installed. Conceptually, it is a critical reconsideration of the mythology of “flatness” and the associated notion of terra nullius--or “nobody’s land” -- used to justify colonization.

Commissioned by the City of Lethbridge.
